I was initially told the Mini I wanted was within the group and I could have it the following Saturday. This turned into 3 weeks. Which didn't matter but don't over promise then under deliver. Might have been best to say I'll ring when it's on site a

Don't trust mini crewe. I was sold a new car but it was damaged but they would not order another car without damage. They offered me £500 for all the troubles they caused me but would change the car. The regulations say they should replace damaged

Matt was extremely helpful when we were deciding the model and options we needed. When there was a systems problem with the initial payment he liaised with Mini and kept me fully informed. The handover was the most comprehsive I have experienced.

It was booked in for 9am the day of service. I was told that they weren't busy that day so would be done early. I picked my car up at 4.45pm therefore getting stuck in all rush hour traffic when I was expecting it to be done for lunch time.

Mini Crewe was our 2nd choice of where to take my car for a service. They were on time and expecting me (unlike Helliwell Jones at Wilmslow, where we walked out after 25 minutes of no contact!)

It was in for 3 days, 1 full day for assessing a light that we already knew didn't work. In for repairs 1 full day but had damaged replacement part, it was in overnight until replacement fitted following day. Poor communication with us. Disappointing

Your online self-checkin did not show my booked MOT service, so I wanted to call you to make sure you had it. But I couldn't because you sent the email after closing for the weekend! When I arrived, I had to complete the whole checkin again. Why?

The mechanic reported there was a nail in a tyre, so I got a quote to replace it. Glad I didn't, as there is no nail, it was a stone chipping. This incorrect information was also put on the MOT report. Not the best.

Had the car all day only to be told its a glitch and I would have to wait until the software update at the end if July. If it happens again (goes into reduced power) I have to pull over and switch off for a few minutes..what happens if I cant!

Full service carried out on my Mini JCW. Informed me of extra work needed (front brake pads) with exact price. All satisfactory. Only small issue is that the service has to be done at the BMW dealer if you want a Saturday booking
