Unfortunately my mini Apple play car system is not working. I'm unable to use maps etc. I was left waiting in the centre for 2 hours whilst an engineer tried rectifying the issue, in which they did not solve ??

They quickly diagnosed the problem and sorted it out and it was ready the following day. My only concern was that mini assist put me in touch with a rental company who did not find me a car, so I had to make my own arrangements to pick up my car.
