Matt was extremely helpful when we were deciding the model and options we needed. When there was a systems problem with the initial payment he liaised with Mini and kept me fully informed. The handover was the most comprehsive I have experienced.

Your online self-checkin did not show my booked MOT service, so I wanted to call you to make sure you had it. But I couldn't because you sent the email after closing for the weekend! When I arrived, I had to complete the whole checkin again. Why?

The mechanic reported there was a nail in a tyre, so I got a quote to replace it. Glad I didn't, as there is no nail, it was a stone chipping. This incorrect information was also put on the MOT report. Not the best.

Had the car all day only to be told its a glitch and I would have to wait until the software update at the end if July. If it happens again (goes into reduced power) I have to pull over and switch off for a few minutes..what happens if I cant!

Full service carried out on my Mini JCW. Informed me of extra work needed (front brake pads) with exact price. All satisfactory. Only small issue is that the service has to be done at the BMW dealer if you want a Saturday booking

I was able to book in the service at short notice and was accommodated. The service/work was carried out with no fuss and was well documented included the video evidence.

Happy with gear box service, however we were informed the tyre had a nail embedded in it. As we needed the car, we took it to a local tyre company, only to be told that there was no nail in any of the tyres. It was quite a chore to get this checked.
