Throughout the whole process of part exchanging and selecting the right Mini for myself everyone was so helpful. I've always enjoyed cars and driving but genuinely the Lookers Dealership in Crewe offers a brilliant service.

Crewe mini were fantastic. We are elderly and classed as vulnerable due to an illness. The car required a service, the service team came to my home to pick up the car and dropped it off again afterwards despite being some distance from the dealership

Easy quick check in and out. All jobs completed on time and vehicle washed and cleaned outside and inside.

I didn't like the automated system of booking in I thought you had sacked the staff. I felt so much better when the service lady came into view to see if I was ok.
